meditation, mantra & music
Join Julie for an uplifting evening of mantra and song accompanied by the sweet sounds of the harmonium and drum.
Through simple, powerful chants and guided meditation, we create space to unwind, connect and feel the shared energy of voices coming together.
All are warmly welcomed, no past experience necessary.

candlelit yin
slow, passive, soothing
A peaceful evening of mindful meditation, soothing yin yoga and deep guided relaxation.
Yin is a slow, and passive introspective practice that works with time and gravity rather than effort to target the deeper connective tissues of the body and bring about a sense of calm and deep release to both the body and mind.
We’ll close with spiced chai, tasty treats and wholesome chats.

Elemental Dance Movement with Live band.
Inspired by Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms, these sessions are a freeing, expressive, non-judgemental space for movement with live music that responds to the energies and flow of the people in the room.
